I am out of South Carolina. I was looking for a specific pair of Nimbus Ascics shoes that were hard to find. I came across this stores website who had one pair in stock. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful in verifying the shoes stock, size, and condition. The shoes were shipped to me, and I received them quickly. Never having stepped foot in the store, I would definitely buy from them again based on the service and help and price I received. Thanks!

Run, don't walk, to The Run House if you want better fitting sneakers! The staff is very knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Quite frankly, they guide you through the entire process of selecting a sneaker that fits your individual needs. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who helped me at The Run House was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He helped me to try on many pairs of shoes and explained which one would be the best fit. He was patient and not pushy! I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Stopped into the Run House today to see if they could help with a new pair of shoes that would work with an issue I have been having with my foot. They were awesome! Appreciated the time the owner took to make sure I left his store with the right sneaker and insoles.

My wife and I visited Run House in Walpole to buy new running sneakers, and we had an excellent experience. Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to ask very specific questions about our needs, listened carefully, and guided us step-by-step to find the right shoes for each of us. He was informative without being pushy, and we felt comfortable and confident in our decisions by the time we left. Outstanding customer service—highly recommend Run House and especially working with Chris. We are so happy with The Run House and have been getting great use out of our new shoes!

This place is absolutely top-tier. I’ve worked with dozens of vendors over the years for both company apparel and personal projects, and The Run House is hands down the best I’ve ever used. They consistently help me with custom apparel for my company as well as personal projects, and they never disappoint. The quality, consistency, and professionalism are on another level compared to anything else I’ve experienced. Dave deserves special recognition — his attention to detail and patience are incredible. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced and you know it’s great when you look forward to giving them your money! 🤣 I have been ordering from them for a couple of years now & the quality of everything I’ve purchased has been solid, they have the best options available and customization (as applicable, of course). They are very responsive (lightening fast responses, I was shocked lol) and work with customers to help them find exactly what they’re looking for! You can tell that they love what they do! The store was recommended to me by my physical therapist, and I’m so glad I went. I visited today and had the pleasure of working with Chris. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He spent at least 40–45 minutes making sure I found the right shoe, taking the time to answer all my questions and ensure the perfect fit. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to excellent customer service. We need more people like Chris in this world! I will absolutely be coming back because of the outstanding service I received.
